First introduced by the electric car industry, 21700 li-ion batteries offers a long lifespan, high energy density and powerful performance.</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: medium;">The battery has a range of internal safety features including an innovative anode design with high temperature resistance, built-in PTC to inhibit high current surges, press relief valve which activates in the event of a rapid temperature increase and a microporous barrier protecting the delicate internal components of the cell. Externally, the NL2145 is equipped at both ends with a nickel plated stainless steel protector which ensures high impact resistance, good electrical conductivity and oxidation resistance.
